I remember watching a Police Academy movie as a kid, it was one of the sequels and it featured a bad guy (a gangster maybe?) who you only saw as a silhouette through a frosted plate glass window? Kind-of a Bond villain spoof, I guess.
I remember thinking it was my favourite of the Police Academy movies, so I'd like to give it was re-watch. Anyone know which one this was?
